Bami Goreng


Preparation

  1. Boil the noodles as indicated on the packaging.
  2. Soak the contents of this sachet for 10 minutes in 100 ml boiling water.
  3. Stir fry the meat in 2 tbs of oil on a high temperature, fry until cooked through.
  4. Wok (stir fry) with fresh vegetables here, until they are al dente.
  5. Add the soaked Bami Goreng mix, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the ham and the cooked noodles and stir fry it, with constant stirring.

If necessary, add some more soy sauce and or Sambal Oelek.

Tip

Serve the fried noodles with fried egg, fried onions, pickles and prawn crackers
