Nasi Goreng


Preparation

  1. Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging.
  2. Soak the content of the sachet for 10 minutes in 100 ml boiling hot water.
  3. Fry the bacon in 2 tbs of oil on a high temperature and add the meat; fry until cooked through.
  4. Stir-fry the fresh vegetables until they are 'al dente'
  5. Add the soaked Nasi Goreng mix and the eggs and mix all of it together until the egg has solidified.
  6. Mix it all with the boiled rice and fry it well while continuously stirring it.

If necessary, add some more soy sauce and or Sambal Oelek.

Tip

Serve the fried rice dish with a fried egg and Inproba's Fried Onions, Atjar Tjampoer and Kroepoek.
