Award for our Ketjap Manis 30% Less Sugar

Inproba's Ketjap Manis 30% Less Sugar* has been awarded the Innova Classic Award!

This award, presented by the Levensmiddelenkrant, is for products that are still successful on the shelves after four years. These are products that respond to a trend, manage to surprise consumers or match the increasing demand for sustainable solutions. In short: innovations that stand the test of time.

How are the winners determined? Category managers, buyers and renowned entrepreneurs from Dutch supermarket organisations assess all products introduced in food retail in 2020 and still available today.

Following the success of our Sweet Chilli Sauce 50% Less Sugar, which won the Innova Classic 2018-2022, now our Ketjap Manis 30% Less Sugar also receives this recognition.

In this product, half of the sugar has been replaced with Stevia extract, a natural sweetener. As a result, this sweet soy sauce retains its delicious flavour while the sugar content is lower. Stevia extract is a vegetable product derived from the leaves of the Stevia plant, also known as ‘honey herb’. In addition, our Ketjap Manis 30% Less Sugar is gluten-free and 100% natural!
