Nasi Goreng, mix of vegetables and spices.

Content: 50 g.

Add yourself: (for 4 people)

  • 350 g white rice
  • 100 g cubed bacon (or ham)
  • 2 tbsp Inproba Wok Oil or vegetable oil
  • 400 g diced pork or chicken
  • 450 g finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, bell pepper)
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

  • Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging.
  • Fry the bacon in the oil on a high temperature and
    add the meat; fry until cooked through.
  • Stir-fry the fresh vegetables until they are 'al dente'.
  • Add the Nasi Goreng mix along with 100 ml of water and stir it all for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the eggs and mix all of it together until the egg has solidified.
  • Mix it all with the boiled rice and fry it well while continuously stirring it.

Serving suggestion: Add Inproba ketjap Manis and Sambal Oelek to your taste.

Tip: Serve the fried rice dish with a fried egg and Inproba's Fried Onions, Atjar Tjampoer and Kroepoek.
